My immigration history T2G to ILR

Could an expert please have a look at my history and comment if its all good for my ILR application in July:
I am working for the same company all along, but due to various funding situations my job was extended in short periods. As of now My job is secured till Sep 2016. Any concerns for my ILR application in July? Any concerns for the short extensions eg. in March 2014-Aug 2014 ? Anyone? Please

Duration of extension does not matter as long as continuity is maintained. It should be fine.

Many thanks i will gather all the documents needed as most of my original is with the HO when they refused, Luckily they gave us our passport and brp. So that i can apply for extension , my company is willing to provide all the necessary documents.
