Hi Yogesh

Are you in Ireland at present? I think it is the company which can only apply for a work permit so you have to be persistent till you find a company which is willing to sponsor your work permit.

Hi
No i am not present at Ireland. I am from india.
Why companies are not ready to sponser the work permit?
I guess it will cost not more then 1000 euro.
I will pay this cost after joinging the compny, or company can deduct from my monthly salary.

Thanks
Yogesh

It also makes it difficult to interview you if you arent there- finding a job where they are willing to sponsor you a work permit is extremely difficult if you arent in the location you want to be in. As Ireland is EU they will also have to prove that there is no one else in Ireland OR all of the EU who can do that job, before they can offer it to you. Your job role may simply not be as specialized as needed to warrant a company pursuing a WP
