My friend came to the UK in 2001/2002 stayed with a friend for one day and voluntarily left the next day, due the a notice of removal. No biometrics were taken and she no longer holds that passport. She is in the UK now on a FLRM and applying for her ILR. She just remembered about this, but did not mention it in the application, she has never mentioned it on previous applications either. She got a SAR, but that only goes back 5 years. What should she do?
