Immigration Skill charge and CoS years

Hi,

My employer had paid the immigration skill charge for 3 years(3000£) but as per the CoS provided ,the work start date is on 11/2021 and work end date is on 11/2025- total spam of 4 yrs.
Can you please clarify under which category should I raise the visa -3 yr or 5 yr?

The ISC is £1000/year for medium/large companies. If your sponsor is liable for ISC and only paid £3000 for a 4 year work period they must pay a further £1000.

When it comes to your visa application you have no choice regarding the period, it will be in line with the work period given in the CoS.
