My guess is it is a scam, it is not genuine. Immigration would not email you unless you hade made an application and paid, given a filled in form and then had your fingerprints taken. You will be asked for money, a genuine employer would pay for all your applications on your behalf. I bet the job offer is fake too. Ring the hotel directly from their number out of the phonebook.

The only way you could work in the UK as a sponsored worker in a hotel is by doing a manager's job.

Delete the email.

Email from immigration in the UK would end gsi.gov.uk.

The email address is usually a give away. As the poster before me mentioned, government emails end in gsi.gov.uk. When i was at the RPA it was my name@rpa.gsi.gov.uk for example.

It seems you will not be the last to receive something from these scammers. (email address was sent in a PM)

070 numbers are also a dead giveaway, they can even be redirected to say, Nigeria.

Hotels also do not tend to advertise for nurses, welders, doctors or social workers!

Brunel London Hotel is a scam.
