Hi,
I am final year international research student in UK currently with Tier 4 (General) student visa.
I was stopped by police riding learner's motorbike without insurance with my provisional licence in 14 July 2015.
I have got insurance sorted same day and my full licence after passing the full test on Oct 2015.
29 Jan 2016, I have received an letter mentioning about my offence and court date set on 05 may 2016.
I plead guilty and looking forward for least possible(binding over) or most possible( 6 points and £ 200 fine).
I am also planning to apply for Tier 2 General work visa (upto 5 years) in June 2016 after the court decision.
I have read from Ground of refusal for Visa UKBA that IN10 (6 points and fine £ 200) would add into my criminal record
Please can anyone explain what are the impact of IN10 conviction with non-custional sentence and fine on my Tier 2 General work visa apllcation?
Please,
Yogi
