Important questions regarding investment for extension !

Hi everyone ,
I have some questions regarding investment for extension , can an expert or anyone please shed some light on it will be really appreciated.

As per rule we need to invest 50k for our extension under 50k category , my questions regarding the same are as follows :

1-Q) If I Buy commercial Property value 50k, DOES that mean I have met the requiement ?

2-Q)Also can I SUB LET PART or TABLE SPACE of the property to anyone is that ok ? or it is not allowed?

3-Q) IF I have to, Can I sell the property after first extention ( 3 YEARS)or do I have to keep it till I get ILR ?

4-Q)What does it means your Business should be profitable? is any figure required or it just has to be in positive ?

Can any of the member give their opinion on it please it will be really helpfull , am sure many of us at some point of time will face or are facing the same scenario.

well, I think you should read the guidance carefully again. where it is written, buying any commercial property and director's remuneration will not taken as investment. Again, for your extension, you have to create 2 full time jobs with the settled people of UK for 12 months.

On top of that, you want to sell any valid things that you hd bought for your company after extension, it can put your last stop in jeopardy as risks factors are not properly managed at your end. Same is the case in your business profit-loss activities even though it has nt asked anywhere that your business must be profitable, because HO also knows that start-ups can not make profit easily in their initial phases. You just need to run and perform your entrepreneurial journey honestly.

That's what I believe. You can expect more robust answers from seniors of the forum.

Appreciate your feedback ,AGREED with your comments regarding safeguarding things till end .
On the other hand , I have read again the policy guidance and it says buying residential property will not count against [/b]investment NOT commercial property . Please correct me if I am wrong, Other members also can please give feedback regarding the same .
