Income for self employed

I want to apply for HSMP in the next few weeks. I've a registered business name (Pls note It's not a Limited Company). I've been trading as that company for about 3 yrs now. I paid myself & 2 other staff salary every month from the business bank account.

Is my own personal bank statement, payslip, and tax enough to proof my income? or Do I need to show my business bank statement again?
