INCOME NEEDED FOR ILR

Post by ahmadammar » Mon Mar 17, 2014 1:35 am

Hi,
i need your help. i am currently working in UK under Tier 1( General Visa). i work in NHS and also do some private/ locum practice under a limited company. My wife and myself are only two directors of the company.
I am paid by hospital and i also earn through my limited company.
I have to apply for ILR .
i need to show at least 75000 £ / year salary to get the required points.
i can show this income only if i combine my earnings from my permanent job in NHS and my locums work through my limited company.
i can show my pay slips for the NHS job but how should i show my income of the limited company ( my wife and myself are only two directors and no other employee) ?
I have my accountant so is our total income of the company can be shown as my income and thus claim points for it ?
should i ask my accountant to fix my salary per month and issue me pay slips every month to show my salary from the company ?
i will be grateful if someone could advise me about it.
Many thanks for this favour.
