My wife will be applying for SPOUSE VISA this month. I am very confused about the "proof of income". The Appendix FM-SE say, for a partner without dependent children if relying only on income from employment, this amounts to a minimum salary of £18,600 annually. But it requires you to show six months of payslip. The catch is she took 40 days of leave from last June 2 to July 10, when she got a partial salary.
I have the following questions:
1-How much does she need to show (in payslip) in this six-month period- 18600(1 year) or 9300(6 months)?
2-Does she have to work FOR ONE FULL YEAR with the same employer before she can apply? or six-month job is enough?
3-She joined a new job last NOV, 2021 and still continuing, she has another side job (one day a week) for a much longer time, and her combined income is more than 9300 over the last six months, under this circumstance, can she apply now (SPOUSE VISA)?
