while filling the form I realised that there are TWO rows to indicate the name of the Institution in section K1 (Qualifications Assessment),
However there is only ONE row to mention the Institution name in the section V4 (Degree taught in English)
now my Institution name requires two rows in order to mention the complete name.
My question is which of the following should be my choices (yes I do sound a bit lame... but then I do want my application to be water tight - without any room for rejection):
1) Should I write a abbreviated name in section V4, as there is a lack of space
2) Write the Institution name in section V4 as is section K1 upto the available space
3) Write the Institution name in section V4 as is section K1 upto the available space and then write the remaining in the white space around that Field on the same page
4) Write the Institution name in section V4 as is section K1 upto the available space and then attach a blank page to the application with the complete name
It all depends on whether the form is being scanned by a optical character recognition system or being reviewed by a human.
Please note that I discussed this with 4 different individuals and got the above four answers. Please do share your views on which one should I opt for (or a 5th or a 6th alternative.... if you have any)
