InCountry Extn: Tier1(general) Dependent: HELP!

dear friends,

this is regarding an in-country application at PEO for tier1 general extension for main and dependent application.

we have come across this question in the application form (as of 1st october 2013)

K4; Were you required to register with the Police as a condition of your previous leave? (ht)

should tier-1 general dependents need to register with the police?.

Some do, depends on your nationality.

if you were required, it would have been on your visa/BRP

generally only from some countries and only over 16. children turning 16 only received requirement to register after their first LTR granted after turning 16
