Hi all,
I WILL LIKE TO KNOW PLEASE ,I MARRIED TO A BRITISH WOMAN WITH A son BUT MY WIFE IS UNEMPLOYED AND CLAIMING JOBSEEKERS BUT I AM WORKING DO U THINK THAT WILL RUIN MY CHANCES OF GETTING MY INDEFINITE LEAVE TO REMAIN PLEASE HELP .Thanks

Are you claiming 'Income related' Job seekers allowance or 'Contribution Based'?

Sorry Lase, I misread your post. Spouse ILR is rarely refused due to finance. As long as you are supporting yourselves financially (even with your wife's Jobseekers allowance) you'll be fine.
