Indefinite Leave To Remain Long Residency

hi,
Do you have any idea about what time the super priority service for Set(LR)- 10 year long residency ILR becomes available? I am getting only standard service which takes 6 months in decision. it would be higly appreciated if anyone of you could tell what time super priority service becomes available for Set(LR)- 10 year long residency ILR
