Indefinite leave to Remain Set Form (O)

Good Afternoon.
My wife and I and 2 children are in the process of applying for ILR using the Set Form (O) paperwork. Is this the correct paper work? We are on an Ancestral visa with myself and the kids as dependants.
We have biometric cards, do we have these renewed or do we have to have them done again.?
When we upload documents do we have to upload all pages of our passports or just the ones that are actually relevant,as i have seen some people stating they uploaded every single page of their passport.
All documents uploaded must be in pdf format?
Sorry for so many questions, but it is a bit of a minefield trying to get the right information required to fill the forms out correctly with no mistakes.

SET(O) is correct
BRP scans will be submitted along side your Biometrics. You'll get new BRP cards after ILR
Only relevant passport pages with bio/travel data are needed to be uploaded
There is no specific digital format for docs

[]Thanks for your reply Zimba. The application form does not seem to ask for much information , it asks my wife the main applicant her current monthly salary and how much we pay for rental but does not ask this of me as her spouse under the add dependants category. Am i correct to say we upload all that relevant information in the documents section once we have completed the payment section of the application.

I will upload some pics i took of the application form so people can have a look.
