VISA: HUSBAND SPOUSE OF (MARRIED TO UK CITIZEN)

VALID FROM: 04/11/2007

ENTRY TO UK: 07/11/2007

VALID TILL: 04/11/2009

Am I allowed to apply for INDEFINITE LEAVE TO REMAIN before 28 days from 04/11/2009 ? I know that after two years leave to remain I am allowed to ILR but there is loss of couple of days due to travel to UK between 04/11/2007 and 07/11/2007.

Under the current rules and subject to satisfying the KOL requirements, you may apply for SET(M) between 10 Oct 2009 and 04 Nov 2009.
