indefinite leave to stay

Post by aussiehelen » Tue Jun 23, 2009 10:31 pm

Hi, I am an Australian who came to the Uk on an ancestry visa (valid for 4 years) over 3 years ago. I married a gorgeous British citizen and now want permanent leave to stay here. Am I eligible? How can I get permanent leave to stay? :D

You may switch to FLR(M) (285) and subsequently SET(M) (288) after two years. Or you may apply for SET(O) (192) as an ancestry holder when eligible.

Don't forget the KOL requirements.
