10 Years ILR

Post by James10101995 » Fri Apr 09, 2021 2:26 am

Hi,

I came to the UK on 1 Oct 2011 on Child Tier 4, I am currently still on tier 4 which is valid till 2023. I will be can apply for ILR in Sept I am thinking about applying around the 15th, I have my old passport which shows when I entered the country and my first visa and my new passport. I never left the UK, do I need to send any other proof to show continued residence. I can send all my education certificates. I do not have rental stuff or anything as I live with my family.

Also, another question about using the fast track service. I am paying a uni visa by instalment so my instalment will be at the end of Oct 2021 if I apply on the 15th without using fast track will I get a decision before the end of OCT. I know it says up to 6 months but when brother applied, his came back within 4 weeks but it was in Jan 2020. Should go for the fast track because I need the decision before the end of Oct.

Include all your passports and copies of all BRPs etc., to confirm that you haven’t left the UK and have been legal in the U.K. throughout the ten year period?

If fast tract is available at the time, then use it.

Yeah, never been outside the UK. I only have one BPR but got copies of a few of them.

You need all stamped pages of all passports scanned. Front and back pages alone are not sufficient.

You only need the current brp card.

So stamped pages are the travelled stamps?
I never travelled outside the UK since I came here. I included the Entry Visa which got the Visa tier child four I entered the country with, it got two stamps one from India and one from England.

my passport also got like a passport stamp on page like the officer who issued the passport should i include that too?
