10 Year Ilr, What Documents needed?

Hi every one,

I've been a student from 2000 and changed to PSW in march 2009. my wife came here in Jan 2010 as PSW dependant. I complete my 10 years middle of this year.
Can you please let me know what documents i should submit with my ILR application.

check the UKBA website...should be under settlement - Form Set (O)
