Hi

i am applying for FLR (M) of my wife. she have done GESE Grade 5 which is equivalant to B1. i heard that for FLR (M) GESE grade 2 or A1 required. I am confused that she have to do A1 or Home Office will accept B1 which is higher than A1.

I think Dec applications will start in next 15 days. But obviously it doesn't mean that all the previous months applications will be completed by then. I have applied on 1st Dec so hoping to get a news by 2nd week of March.
Please keep me in your prayers.

Thanks.

It's been over 7 months since I applied for ILR . Waiting time is killing me . Should I send a enquiry letter from my Local MP ? Or should I keep quite and still waiting for decision ??? Any suggestions and advice much appreciated .

Edexcel is not in the list

careful with liar agents

As edexcel is part of Pearson they fool by saying it's Pearson but Pearson test should be PTE which is online test with online record of marks

will you be able to shed some light on this.

Home office requirements : Prove your knowledge of English for citizenship and settling https://www.gov.uk/english-language

According to home office an ESOL qualification at Entry 3 or higher (eg Level 1 or 2) on the Ofqual register taken in England, Wales or Northern Ireland

and this is one of the Pearson page on Ofqual http://register.ofqual.gov.uk/Qualifica ... 601_4382_4

Thanks

Secure English Language Tests (SELT) list is for the visa purposes. You can use this for settlement and and naturalisation purposes. you can also use other test which are listed on UKVI website https://www.gov.uk/english-language

Qualification needs to be registered to Ofqual register and Pearson ESOL Level 3 test is currenty registered.

Thanks
