As your wife application is linked with your application as family, so i dont think that you need to send the copies.

Even my wife applied on 26/1/13 and still no reply, i got 10 years ILR on 17th June and waiting for wife 's decision.

wife flr(m) applied on 26/1/13 and still waiting.

You should give it 6 months until you start chasing.

So that means flr(m) posted on 26/1/13, it will become 6 months on and after 26/7/13, and only 23 days more for 6 months.

Hi,

My wife's case was decided in almost 3.5 months, after a month of my approval. I applied on 12 August 2012 and wife on 11th Feb 2013. My ILR was approved on 1st May 2013 and my wife's FLR(M) was approved on 30th May 2013. As soon as I got my ILR we sent photocopy of my ILR Biometric card and the letter to the address from which my wife received Biometric invitation.

A friend of mine had his ILR approved on same day as mine and her wife's FLR(M) decided same day as my wife, but sadly it was rejected due to English language certificate. It took around 3 months as well.

Based on my experience I think six months is not the period for FLR(m), instead they process soon after main applicant's ILR is approved/decided.
If you have not sent your ILR Biometric card for your wife's application then I would suggest you do it as soon as possible.

Hopefully it will be approved by the end of next week :-)
Take care,
Shad.

Thanks for your great advice, but i am preparing to send my BRP to register my children as British citizen, so original brp will be blocked for a month until children gets registered.

According your suggestion I will send photocopy of my BRP to the biometric mentioned address.

Hi all,

Quite an impressive churn out of successful ILR applications this week.

I was wondering if there are other applicants from December 2012, who are still waiting?

My timeline are as follows

ILR applied - 20/12/2012
Money taken - 27/12/2012
Biometric - 27/01/2013
Documents - Waiting

Thanks

Hi,
I sent photocopy of my ILR Biometric for my wife's FLR(M).

I had to travel so for my daughter's MN1 I also sent photo copies of my passport and ILR Biometric card attested by a local post office, they charge around £8 for 5 copies.

By the time I came back from Pakistan her MN1 was approved without any objection within three weeks.
