Still awaiting decision.

Current Processing time is less than 5 months after submission of application

how we can change address with homeoffice,i already filled and sent online form.is there any other way to do it

I am a new member here and thought it will be good to contribute and add on to the existing knowledge/database.

Biometrics Completed: 15/10/2013

Current Status (as of 13/11/2013): Pending

Documents Sent: 2 Passports (one current and one expired, bearing all visa and entry stamps); Life in the UK Test Results; BRP Card; Photocopy of all the Documents.

Immigration History: I have been on student visa for a continuous 10year period and spent a total of 60 days outside the country. I have made all the applications on time and never overstayed. I arrived in the UK on 1st Oct 2003 and applied for ILR approximately 2 weeks prior to my 10th anniversary.

Hi Guys,

I got My ILR at the end of September came to UK April 2003 visa was ending January 2013 I was short of about 3 months so I applied Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa and then varied my application to ILR. My Solicitor send request for Refund to UKBA because I paid full fee for both applications Today I got my Refund cheque which is £2550.00.
Who ever varied any application to ILR request for Refund.
Good luck for people waiting.

can you please tell how do u vary application? If I have applied under one category how to apply for any other category while passport and other documents are already with home office? Do you only send the application form for the other category? can you please tell the full procedure? Thanks in advance

Well my postman normally comes on his own time. I had to come to work so I will find out today. ITs a signed for delivery so I wont know unitl I collect it from Post OFfice tomorrow morning . So much for anticipation!
