Absense letters from old employer not in last 30 days.

Hi All,
I'm applying for ILR soon and i'm in the process of putting together the documents. I knew that i'd need the absense letters if i'll apply for ILR in future and thus i had asked and obtained letters from my old employer on the last working day when i switched jobs.

My question is are these letters valid as they are not dated/issued in 28 days prior to ILR application date? Also, i don't have any absenses more that 28 working days in any 12 month period.

I'd ask old employers to issue new letters but one of them is closed now.
