@route to ILR , you are right. They refused my PAP, JR. Paper based appeal and after oral hearing in UT within 3 months ... all bundled up in within 3 months, My solicitor was saying me and gave me hope that u will get right of appeal at least... all gone..

-There is no automatic right to appeal, I repeated this several times. Read the immigration Act 2014
-JR is a process to challenge a public body's decision or action (like HO) in court for being unlawful. This clearly is not the case for majority of the immigration related refusals. Most immigration refusals are completely lawful and within the rules.
It seems people view JR as a magic bullet to get a refusal overturned but it is only a way lawyers found to make themselves rich.

Thank you to all for your comments and to zimba88 for the advice.
@route to ILR I didn't get right to appeal for my FLR application.
Then I applied for ILR and I have just got the refusal letter yesterday( 10 pages long) even though the HO sent the letter the 28th of March. My so called solicitor just told me yesterday only after I inquired.

I got right of appeal outside the UK.

I am so weary of all the solicitors now. They tell you what you want to hear.

I have sent my case( which seems to be complex thanks to my solicitor, to a immigration barrister.

Question:
*does anyone know if the " outside of the UK appeal" can be challenged?

* Can you send papers for a reconsideration( for an in-country appeal)

* What are the chances of winning a human rights appeal?

What happens if you win?

I have invested too much in this country. For 9
Years I have worked and paid taxes, studied, forged relationships, to just throw everything away.

If I can't find a way to change the appeal to an in country one, I decided I will have to leave and appeal from outside.

But I am most definitely making a HUGE complain against the solicitor that screwed up my application.

Thank you all for sharing your stories.
