Can i apply ILR when my PBS extension application inpgress

Hi
While waiting for my PBS Extension application approval, i realized that i am eligible for ILR.
I have completed 5 years continuous residency in UK.

So is there anyway i can apply ILR on the top of my wife PBS extension application, so that i can save the PBS application fees and IHS fees ?

Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

What date was your first tier 2 dependent visa issued/granted??

Your previous posts suggests you don't qualify for ILR yet.

First initially got the PBS dependent visa on July 2015 to May 2020 because of my partner visa is till may so i am actually eligible for ILR in starting of july.

Since i got the visa less than 5 years i applied PBS extention but now i realized that this month i am eligible for ILR.

So can i apply ILR while i am waiting for the PBS extension approval ?

Can I know the process to apply to ILR ?
I mean can I apply online now for ILR Application since I am eligible or first I need to inform the home office regarding to cancel the PBS extension application process.

I am getting confused how I need to apply ILR and could you give me what is the best process to apply ILR please.
