Community Resolution effect on ILR application

Post by Coventry123 » Mon Sep 30, 2019 3:50 pm

Hi,

I would like to know if community resolution will effect ILR application. Friend caught shoplifting in Primark. Goods worth less than
£100. Received community resolution from police, no fines.

Immigration History
Entered UK: 01/02/2012
FLR (M) 5 years route expiring: 02/04/2021
Caught shoplifting and Community Resolution: 30/04/2019

If my friend pply ILR on 02/04/2021 what are her chances of approval. This
is her first and only offence. She is very remorseful and has British husband and children living in UK.

Kind Regards,
Coventry 123

Community resolutions do not constitute a criminal record and are not currently recorded on the Police National Computer. They have no effect on ILR
