Entry and Exit Dates

I need to do my calculations for days in and out the UK, I did not keep my flight tickets and my passport got damaged :roll: (can't read stamps) Is there any record kept by immigration, home office etc.
My Ancestral visa expires in on the 13 May 2019 when should I apply for my ILR?
