FLR(m) Section 2 query

Hello,

I am applying for an extension of stay in the UK as the partner of a person present in settled in UK.

Currently I am in UK on Tier 2 visa

I was on dependent visa from 2008 to 2012 then i shifted to Tier 2 General till date now i am applying for FLR(m).

In section 2.3, I believe I will have tick the following:

You are making a first application from within the UK but have not previously had leave to enter/remain as partner.

Could anyone please confirm, if I am correct in my understanding. if I am wrong please let me know.
