Probably try calling HO and writing to the HO with recorded delivery also. Will have to be patient dealing with someone like them.

Hi Cullinan,
We usually do the registration with the police with any new visa, changes...etc. However, as a matter of contingency in-case our complain didn't work, should we register with the police for this new extension as required?

Also, what is the case (from your opinion) if the complain didn't work, is it going to affect the already early submitted ILR form?

Many thanks...

Regards,
Moal

Technically your extension application should have been automatically withdrawn when you submitted ILR before a decision was made on extension. The complaint should work in this case, though can take some time.

The other option would be to withdraw the ILR application before providing biometrics for ILR and getting the refund for ILR and settling with extension. But you should wait to take any such action till you get a confirmation from HO.

I do not think police registration is a big issue for now. Some applicants just forget to do it at all and do it at the last minute, still are successful. So you can possibly wait.

Dear King Cullinan,
Finally, today we have recived the UKVI correspondance after a bit of waiting and they confirm they will do the refund for the case.

I can't find words to thank you Cullinan for the massive help and support for that. I am really very grateful also for the other form admins.

Thats great news!! Thank you for having faith in me, being so bold and patient to try this method (not everyone would be courageous enough like you to attempt it). It shows persistence pays off!! This route will help many others too!! Good luck and best wishes!!
