Hi
Yes I have FLR (DL) for postal application, and SET (O) for premium same day service so both can be used depending of which road you want to take: POSTAL OR PREMIUM SERVICE
Hope that help

pray for god they do it quickly
Ok I will let know as soon as I hear anything back from them.
My daughter is on school holiday and I requested her passport back since the 28th of June but I am still waiting for them to send them back, they may decide to sort my application out at same time and send documents back together.
She’s off school and 30th of July was her birthday and I was supposed to take her to Disneyland Paris but even if I can’t, her grandma is supposed to go with her but those people are messing with people plans and they don’t care.
I am pissed off with them specially for the amount of money we have to pay for them to consider our applications pfffff 😩😩😩

Hi,

To everyone who had applied for ILR after completing 6 years of discretionary leave to remain following a refusal of asylum and is still waiting on for a decision from the home office.

Here is my full story: I came into the this country back in 2005, sought asylum straight away and my asylum was refused within a month. In early 2011, I submitted a fresh claim and in August 2011 was granted 3 years discretionary leave. In end of July 2014 I sought for further leave and it almost took nine months to the home office to get back to me. So I was granted a further 3 years discretionary starting from March 2015 and was due to expires in March 2018. In early February this year (2018) I submitted my application for indefinite leave, then after six months of waiting to hear from the office with no news I contacted the MP in my area and explained my full situation to her. Luckily, she took it as a very serious matter and got in touch with the home office, then she's been told by the home office that they normally aim to make decisions on indefinite leaves cases within six months but also in some cases it could take longer than that but however they will do their best to review my case as soon as they can. This happened early last month. After around seven months of waiting, I have eventually got a good news. The day before yesterday
( 26/09/2018) I received my indefinite leave to remain letter which was decided on 21/09/2018, and had been delivered by the post office and on the same day biometric residence card was delivered by DX but unfortunately I wasn't home to sign for it. Hopefully they are going to deliver it to me today. Alhamdulilah, I can't thanks god enough for helping me go through all this. I'm forever grateful to him. Eventually, you will all get what you have been waiting for inshaallah. Try to contact the MP in the area where you live, it might help sometimes. Good luck to all of you. :D

Hi
I got a letter from my caseworker on Thursday requesting information about my daughter: letter from GP, school, dentist, tax credits letter and photographs of both of us together (stranger).
She said that she was in the process of making a decision on my application but needed those informations within 10 working days, and if she didn’t receive anything back, she would make a decision based on the proofs I already provided.
I gathered everything I could and sent it directly to her in Liverpool as she requested on Friday so hopefully my letter will be delivered this morning to her (Monday already lol). I really hope it won’t take long now before she makes a decision 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Thanks for the congrats.
I wrote to MP on 11th of September and I think he just transferred my query but good enough to make Home Office react and have a look at my case. Why I say that is because I then received a letter from HO dated 2nd October requesting more informations that I had to send within 10working days as she was in process of “considering my application”. Which I sent and was delivered on 8th October. They then send a reply to MP on October 10th letting him know that they sent me a letter and once they would have informations requested, they would then decide on case.
I actually received later today by Royal Mail all my original documents plus Passport

Hi all,

Please help : Am I eligible for ILR after 6 Years?

2x children (UK born) were granted 3-Year Discretionary Leave to Remain in AUG 2011 until AUG 2014 with their father as a result of their father’s earlier application.
I was separated and was not included in their application.

Later I applied (as a person exercising rights of access to a child resident in the United Kingdom) for leave to remain before 9 July 2012 and were granted DL in April 2013 valid until AUG 2014
My DL was granted IN-LINE with children.

1st Grant: from April 2013 to Aug 2014 – Duration : 1 Year 4 Months
Please note: This DL was granted to me IN-LINE with my children’s leave hence shorter period.

Applied for Extension. In Time Application
2nd Grant : from Oct 2014 to Oct 2017 – Duration : 3 Years

Applied for Extension, In Time Application
3rd Grant : from Dec 2017 to Dec 2020 – Duration : 3 Years

The last two letters say:
“…a person will not become eligible for settlement until they have completed 6 years of discretionary leave…”

When can I apply for ILR?
Can I use PSO?
Do I need KOLL / B1?

Thanks in advance,

Hi
I believe you could have applied with your kids when they applied for their settlement as your first Leave was in line with their leaves so instead of applying for further 3years in 2017, you should have applied for settlement; that’s what I believe so I don’t know anymore. Wait for a moderator or go seek legal advice or just wait and apply in April 2020 🤔
