ILR application advise Help please!

I have applied for my permanent residency on 6.6.2010.

Unfornutely my company went into liquidation on 30.6.2010, the branch which I was working for was taken over by as a management buyout change of name.

My 5 years work permit completion is 7.7.2010 and the company went into liquidation on 30.6.2010. (7 days gap in between)

Advise- does the new company need to inform Home Office anything , I was told under TUBE there is some procedure. What are the chances HO rejection?

Finally my worrying will my PR application be effected.
