ILR Application date please help

Hi,
Brief history of my immigration status in UK to make my scenario clear

Student Visa issued 25/8/05 to 31/01/07 date enetered uk 6/10/05

Commercial Work permit issued 9/8/06 to 9/8/11 date entered 22/08/06

Made redundant on 12/4/10 and before that applied for tier 1 and got it stamped which is valid till 10/03/2013 and as per my wp+tier1 i qualify for ILR on 21/8/06 and what is the earliest i can apply for my ILR.

Is there any chance of applying before the 28 days rules comes into play which i guess will be around 20/07/11.

I am still jobless even after 6 months and really confused what to do.

You cannot apply any earlier than 28 days before 22-Aug-2011.
