Thanks. My accountant letter covers employment period since Dec 2014. So literally entire period of the employee staying with us. Should I ask my accountant to change that or leave it that way to show that the employee was with us since intial period?

Mention the current rate but you are required to mention all hourly rates. You will have to mention that in the cover letter as the form only allows to mention one rate.

Please can someone help me with maintenance funds?

1. Do the main applicant need to show any maintenance funds for 3 months?
2. Do the dependent of the main applicant need to show any maintenance funds for 3 months?

1. There is no maintenance funds requirement for ILR.

2. If they are applying for an extension, then yes, you have to show 90 days maintenance funds of £630 for each dependent applying for an extension.

Thanks CR001 for your response. My husband is applying fr=or ILR with me as he has complted 5 years along with me. So I believe we do not require to pay IHS fee as well?

Secondly, when my employee joined in 2014 he provided attested copies of his passport and biometric (so I have printout version of this passport and biometric). If I can that printout will that be acceptable or do I need to take scanned copies of t=his passport and biometric and submit during online application?

Regards,
Soni

I would say you have met your 24 months by today 15th Feb 2019. I think you will be okay to apply even today but why not just wait till after 12 tonight and apply on 16th for surety ?

Are you sending Feb 2019 FPS also?

Yes. I did run my payroll for feb today. So sending fps and payslip for entire Feb.

Please can you advise for the following:

1. Do you have a valid national identity card?

Is it UK Biometric?

2. When did you first enter the UK?

I initially came here for studies in sep 2009 and then left for a year and came back in Oct2012. And then did a in country switch to entrepreneur visa in Dec 2013.

Just confused which date to mention?

Soni

You should tick yes. HMRC registration document is mandatory document. CT600 or CT603 or CT41G.
For companies house, CAR is enough.

I could not see any category as residence...

Please advise which category during atatching documents should I submit cohabition documents?

Additionally, do I have to buy document checking service for them to go through my documents?

Child benefit after ILR Application

Post by sonirules » Sun Mar 17, 2019 11:44 pm

Dear Forum Members,

I have applied for ILR application on 16th Feb 2019 and still awaiting decision from home office. I had my son recently and would like to know if I am eligible to apply for child benefit?

Sorry if this question sound weird it’s just that I was advised by my friend that now I can applying. However, I do not want to jeopardise my visa application.

Appreciate some advice from GURU's please.

Thanks
Soni
