I have a complicated case where I had a gap before applying for a fresh hsmp extension. this is after i had refusal for hsmp extension from AIT and high court. Now i wish to apply for ILR based on 5yrs. I have been on work permit and hsmp for 5 yrs...can i still apply? I was still in UK in that gap period and was still economically active.
Please advice!
I received a refusal from high court in OCT09 and applied afresh in DEC09. Extension was initially due in Feb09 and got the first refusal from homeoffice in April09.
Case was refused due lack of maintenance funds where I was completely misguided by an immigration lawyer. I had funds overseas but lawyer misguided and couldnt show these funds..
