ILR application with 180+ days break

My wife will be completing 5 years with T2 Gen visa in Nov 2022. She is planning to apply to ILR but had 180+ days break in 2021 when she was in India due to Covid (she had covid herself and have doctor's certificate as a proof). However, she was working all this time for her company. Will her ILR application be rejected in this case?
