ILR complicated

Hey everyone. I have a complicated query and have had different answers from various solicitors. I came here in 2007 it took four years before i received limited leave to remain which was in august 2011 for three years. In 2014 april i got married to a member of the armed forces and applied for the spouse visa, i wasn't issued the 2.5years visa but 60 months without the need for renewal. I will be married five years next year in April and would like to know if i qualify for Ilr. My residence card is valid till 2020. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Can you give more details about your member of the armed forces spouse?

He served 16 years with the Royal Air Force and left in 2016, he is a British citizen.

Any advice?

You are correct, she will meet the requirement of Paragraph 31(H) on completion of her initial 60 months.

It will be interesting to know what the husbands status is, whether he has had 5 years recon able service in the military, will be applying at the same time for settlement with you, or whether he is a British Citizen.

Well it means she will qualify in 2020, following completion of 60 months of continuous leave under that route.

Will be nice to know what her immigration status was between 2007 to 2011. Were those 4 years covered by section 3c or not.

Otherwise I see no path to ILR until 2020.

In 2008 my family submitted an application for leave to remain as my dad held an overseas British passport but the solicitor submitted the paperwork late and it was rejected. So we appealed and got issued a court hearing which we won and got discretionary leave issued in 2011, in 2014 my family applied for three more years which they were granted but as i was married i applied for the spouse option which i was granted till 2020, my family has submitted their applications this year for ilr. I would just like to know my options for next year or if i have to wait till 2020. As my husband works in the aviation industry its likely he will be working abroad next year and if he does i would have to accompany him, would that affect my future application? I cannot seem to find information about being abroad before i apply for ilr. Sorry about the lengthy post.

Would i be waiting till 2020 or have i got an option to apply next year?
