Dear Moderators/CR001/Zimba/Vinny

As part of the submitted SET(LR) ILR application and part of the checklist which it shows at the end -it is asking to provide evidence as follows " Documents supporting my other reasons to stay in UK"

My Questions as below ,Kindly request you to clarify.

1) Do we really need to provide any documents

2) It is okay if we just mention in the covering letter following reason as part of Private life -
a) lived here for 10 years ,
b) Perm job,
c) substantial social ties and economic ties in the UK

Thank you ,

No. You do NOT need any other reasons to stay in the UK. If you answer YES to that question on the form, you get a request to submit documents which will confuse you

Thank you Zimba .I am really blessed to be part of this forum.

However i have made a mistake as i have submitted the application clicking YES ,I clicked yes and in comments I mentioned please refer to cover letter with the intention i will provide the details in covering letter..

Now i am thinking bit mindful and it is asking for supporting document as part of the mandatory checklist. I am yet to book for my biometrics and have an opportunity to level the score in covering letter.

What are my next steps can you please suggest...

Thank you,

You do not need to do anything. The answer to that question has no relevance to your application

Dear Moderators/Zimba/CR001/Vinny

Good Morning.

I am planning to book biometrics appointment for tomorrow and i am in process of uploading the documents to UKVCS..

Just asking - What are the alternatives if there are any issues with the UKVCS website for uploading the documents post booking the appointment for tomorrow. Their document checking service can be availed only for the appointment booked 48 hrs before.

Can you please suggest .

Thank you

They seem to have removed historic Long residence?
