Ilr for tier1 dependant

Hi All
I am applying for my Ilr through tier 1 general dependent,using set o form what I need to select for
Section 3.1: section A or B
What proof I can provide for her absences during 5year,all were family visit abroad.
They were 4months,3months and 3 months in 5 years.

Very confusing - are you the PBS holder or the dependant ?
The first line seems to indicate you are the dependant, but the second line seems to indicate that you are the main PBS holder.
It is also not clear if you are applying for ILR together.
Assuming you are the dependant and applying yourself (main PBS holder has received ILR Previously), the application form is quite clear. You are applying as a PBS dependant and that option is only listed in Section B.
There is no requirement to provide evidence of absence for dependants
Regarding Section 13, if you are providing any evidence documents that includes your name, then yes, you need to sign that. It possibly is just easier to sign it anyway.

Sorry my I am British citizen through tier 1 general route now applying for my wife ilr as she is still PBS dependent visa.
