ILR IF ALREADY BEEN ON DERIVATIVE RESIDENCY

Post by bankyamy » Sat Sep 14, 2019 8:00 am

HI everyone, my last residency was a derivative residency which was a five year residency. It was suppose to run out 05/10/19. But I have made another application for FLR which has been approved untill 18/08/2021. I have been in the UK legally for 10years now without any overstayed or illegal stay.
My question is if I can apply for my ILR? Because i have been on derivative right( which they say doesnt count towards a legal stay). I know things have changed lately.
I have been reading up so many information and not sure which is right. Please help.
