Guys,

Ask your MP to drop an email, I did the same and I guess it worked as I emailed him on Tuesday and he email HO on Tuesday and the visa was stamped on Wed so I am guessing this had some impact.

Thanks,
PK

Hi PK,

How to find the MP's email address and what did you request the MP in the letter?

Hi,
Can you please pass me the content of the letters that you supplied from your employer supporting the absence due to the Business trips?

Hi Guys,

Has anyone applied after 29 Feb(biometric application) and got their card? I applied on 1st March at croydon PEO and my application was put on hold because they requested additional docs for cohabitation as I had initially supplied only joint account statements and my wife's payslips only. They gave an address slip (liverpool address) and requested to post additional docs within 14 days. I have posted 15 different letters/bills on 5th march reached ukba on 6th. Now I am worried how long should I wait to hear back from them.

Hi mtpsk,

Did you provide full 2 year bank statements for cohabitation. I am also considering to proove 2 year bank statements and last two council letter. This year council letter has not arrived yet. I don't have any other letter on wife name so just worried if anything else needed.

Hi Nishu,

Yes I provided full 2 years bank statement, but they consider this as one document, they need atleast 6 different doc it does not need to be for every month I would suggest take every quarter any official letter that both of your name if you cannot provide both the names try to take any letters/bills/docs addressed to you both individually in the same month.

if you have a letter from GP, council tax statement, bills, home contract, mortgage, etc... as I said it does not need to be for every month but should cover last 2 years from different source I would suggest go through note 8 in section 11 of form set(M) in cohabitation section this will give you an idea what you can provide.

These guys does not clearly state what they are looking for in set(o) and make our life difficult.

All the best for your application.

My wife applied in person @ Liverpool PEO on 22nd of Feb but she forgot my passport photograph's at home so a decision was not made. She posted the photographs same day when she got back home and we've been waiting since - no response.
It's very annoying that it should take so long (over 2 weeks now) after paying the premium fees for a very straight forward application (SET(M)) - I don't blame them thou...if wife had been more thoro it would have been a diff story...

Anyway, I don't think you will hear from them for at least 2 or 3 weeks.

Many Congratulations. Did the Home Office send it back normal second class post or next day delivery?

Great your wait is over. I applied at Croydon PEO on 21st and had to supply an additional letter from previous employer regarding business travel. Let's see when I get the good news. Hope it is soon. All the best to everybody waiting to hear back from UKBA.

Hi All,

I have been a silent reader of this forum for the past few weeks now and this site is highly recommended...Two thumbs up! Now, let me share my own personal experience during my ILR applicatiion.
Me and my family applied for our ILR on the 12th of January 2012 @ Croydon PEO under Work Permit 5 yrs continous. I have prepared 6 months for this application. After submitting all our documents to the case officer. Every documents was checked thoroughly. She questioned my P60. There are 2 registered company listed which I explained to the officer that the Employer that employed me in the beginning sold majority of their shares to my existing Employer 3 yrs back, so they did a major overhaul (Name changed, admin, policies etc.). The officer said that I need to provide a letter of confirmation from my existing employer showing that they made a technical change with Work Permits UK regarding the name change and gave me a 14 days to submit it back to them. I immediately inform our HR and she said that she will look into it. Two days later HR called and apparently they have not done the technical change. I was very furious and upset (It wasn't her fault, she took over tha HR post 1 yr back). My employer hired a solicitor to look after my case. Supporting documents submitted by the solicitors to UKBA a day before the 14 days alloted date.
It's been more than a month now and i haven't heard anything from them. I am a very patient man but the waiting and not knowing what's happening is like a torture. I hope someone can shed me some answers. Cheers

@ZyRon33 I can understand your frustration. I believe all of us who are waiting for Home Office to come back on PEO applications feel the same.

There are no status updates on where your application is?

Whether it's being looked at or not?

Will it be successful or not?

No way to find any progress?

If not then will you get appeal rights, can you extend your Tier 1?

Zyron Your application seems to be held up for a non issue not caused by you but rather by a corporate restructuring.

And for others as well for minor reasons where similar cases have been approved or are being approved at PEOs.

Anyways hope this anxiety is taken care of soon and all of us waiting hear the good news get that call or the post soon with ILRs stamped in passports.
