We had a compliance visit 2 weeks ago informed by them couple of weeks ago that they will come for an audit. Even before i submitted my case.

They took all documents as u can imagine and now we are in process of waiting for them to answer. They never ask for any interview with anyone, they just ask about clients contract and employee degree certificates.

Now i am chasing them every week or so.... hopefully will get some positive feedback soon.

I went for Premium Service on 07/02/2018 at Glasgow under Tier - 1 General for my ILR and got letter for further checks.

4 months complete and I am still awaiting and there are no tax amendments in my case ever happened.

Anyone else in my category who is waiting?

Can i ask home office to refund me money extra charged for premium service?

Thanks,

Ashish
Hi, I am in the same boat. I applied at glasgow on 14 feb 2018 from tier1 general to ILR with no tax amendments and still waiting. I am really stressed. Dun know what will happen. Please do inform us once you get any info back from HO.
Regards,

Hi Uniquechoice,

Any update you received from HO? Were you self employed or employed? Please update when you receive anything, I have not received anything yet.

Thanks,
Ashish
Hi Ashish,
I have not got any response till now and desperately waiting for the positive outcome. My intial tier 1 application (2011) was refused and I won the case in court and recived my 1st tier1 visa in 2013.
in extension I was fully self employed but I have been interviewed and visa been issued then.
in my Ilr application I was fully employed and all of my taxes are up to dates with no amendments at all.
What about you ??

Hi,
I have been self employed since long with everything clear in terms of tax and everything done timely, It will be 5 months since i applied at PSC glasgow, no communication from them since that time.
Thanks,
Ashish

Hi, Its a subject access request which would show your complete record held with home office from start of journey till now. It will cost you £10 and will take around 40 days for report to be with you. Please find attached link for SAR application (https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... mmigration).

Hi,
Thank you for your reply, i have requested same in the month of April 2018 asking copy of my application and current application status and on the last page it did not ask me for any payment. I am still waiting for their reply on my request whereas they said 20 days to reply and it is almost 3 months now.

Confirmation from UKVI of A rating maintained on 5th July

Still waiting for my ILR now .... how long does it take after audit report to get the ILR ?

This thread is so inactive .../ guess we few are the very unluckiest ones to get their applications deferred :(

Mine is still pending even after clearance from Home office audit.

In a way, it is good if it is inactive - meaning hopefully deferred cases are reducing. However, I am in the same boat as you. Could you give us more details on the what was the outcome of the audit that you received on 5th July?

The compliance officer came to work for an audit on 14th March - it's 18th July & I am still waiting.
My application (premium) was made on the 24th of Jan.

Positive feedback and Tier 2 A Rating maintained thats what the letter employer received.... But they did not ask me for an interview and were happy with everything.

its been now 2 weeks since we received Positive feedback from Home office, still waiting and from the chart you made i can see many wait for few months or so after compliance.

Since 14th March, have they not come back to you with an outcome of the audit? It depends on the size of the company and the number of sponsored migrants working as well I believe.

It is a bit unusual to not have an interview with the actual applicant. My interview was about 1.5 hours (about 1hr questioning and 30mins checking evidence of what I do on a daily basis). I have seen in this thread that people were asked to show their work and screenshots but in my case she just made notes whilst I was showing her my stuff and gathered the evidence. Well different officers gather information differently for different types of organizations I guess.

Hi Everyone
Just received both my ILR and my documents in the same day.
Thank you all for sharing your experiences.
I think we need to take the time and write here when we get the good news as well, as I imagine when someone gets the ILR, they might not be bothered to update everyone here, and so most of the news in the forums are worrying sometimes.
Here is my timeline:

Applied for ILR (LR) - 10 year route at Croydon Visa Centre on 13 Dec 2017, and got the further checks required letter in couple of hours.
visited the Croydon Visa Centre to seek more details later twice, and no luck.
After a month I wrote to my local MP, and my MP sent a letter to the centre asking them to update me within 4 weeks time.
Today received both my documents and ILR separately, and the ILR is valid for more than 6 years.

My suggestion to all you waiting for your decision is do not stress much, as this time needs to pass.
However do what you think could help in getting your results quicker.
Not only I wrote to my local MP, but also I wrote directly to the Croydon Visa Centre, and Kindly asked them to respond to me and give me an update on the status.

It seems like more people are now getting their results, and you should be one of them soon hopefully.
Good luck everyone.
Dear Friend,

Can you please help me how to get feedback from Home Offfice and also how to take help from local MP to write to Home Office.

Thanks,
Sorry for replying late, and I hope you have already received your ILR by now. However just to respond to your query, you need to check who your local MP is using your home address and the link below:

https://www.parliament.uk/mps-lords-and-offices/mps/

Different MPs advise you on possible contacting options. You can either visit them or just simply send email.
They will then contact Home Office and would get a respond within 4 weeks time.

I hope I have answered your query, but feel free to ask if you have any other questions.

Well that’s true too. I don’t think they will take time out to come and interview just you alone unless they need to. Never know. Let’s hope for the best.

This is my first post but I have read a lot of posts and I am very thankful to all the members and the admin who take time to write posts.

My Application Timeline -

Applied at PEO : 23/11/2017

Compliance visit date: 19/04/2018

Confirmation letter and documents received : 20/06/2018

Details below:

After submission of my ILR application I was also given a letter requiring further checks and then the wait started. In January 2018, my company licence was also due for renewal and I was told by my lawyer that it automatically results in a compliance visit from Home Office. The visit happenend on 19th April 2018 but that time I was on my Annual leave and they just met my colleague who is also on Tier 2 visa. They never came back for me or no inquiry was made from Home office. I involed my local MP on 8th June 2018 and on 15th June the MP wrote back to me that " I am writing to confirm that I have spoken with the Home Office regarding your application and unfortunately they have no update as they are still waiting on responses."
Then I further requested her if she could find out what kind of responses is Home Office waiting for but today I have received my beautiful letter of confirmation and BRP will follow in sometime.

Once again thanks to all for all the guidance.
That's great! Congratulation :)
Can you please mention why your application was held..Did you have any big amount of salary increment before ILR or something like that?
Hi Uniquechoice

My employer's licence was due for renewal in the month of Jan 2018, so that could be the reason. Secondly, I got this job and visa in April and my salary from day 1 has been £35000.

Thanks

So, today marks 6 months since my premium appointment. I am going to call the UKVI helpline to check the status. What has everybody's experience been like with them? Are they helpful?
Thank you

Spoken to them 2 years ago regarding my overstay. They were helpful in giving a bit more insight on the information that I was looking for than that was available online. However visa processing queries may be answered with a general reply. As from what I have noticed in the threads, people who even tried to get the MPs contact UKVI also got a general response that it is still in process. The only way to speed up the process is to pay more. But this option isn't available for all forms of visa categories: https://www.gov.uk/faster-reply-visa-application

You might be aware but just to let you know that calls to their number is expensive. Is it worth? or use work phone.

Thank you.
I have seen quite a few people mentioned that they/their work got lawyers to contact the HO to hurry up the process.
If that works - I need to go find myself a lawyer.
