I have applied for ILR SET (O) based on Tier 1 General on 07 June 2016. However, no communication so far from the Home Office. Called today to find out about the progress, but received the answer that they would not have any information on the system until 07 December as it is when 6 months are up!
Anyone update from your side?

Best wait till the 7the and ring back then! Think they have started processing most of the applications before the 6 months so you would probably hear back off them soon.

Thanks, jpsl. Lets hope they catch up with their back log, and we all get our answers soon.

I have been waiting for over 8 months now and I called them on Friday and the call centre basically said no decision has been taken on my application yet. They said they don't have any more information or time scale of how long it would take.

Did you receive any communication from them earlier on, e.g. that the application may take longer than 6 months?

Hello mate,

Yeah so the first communication I ever received was nearly at 6 month mark saying that my case was a bit complex and might take longer than 6 months but they would be looking to take a decision very soon - which i'm guessing is the standard blanket template that goes out to most people. Nothing after that so i chased at 8 months mark.

Hi uffaisal,
I had no tax amendments for both of my HSMPs.
Both HSMP and now ILR application all based on Employment + Self Employments.

What about yourself? Could you please share your time line too?

Thanks,

Arora

Hello everyone,

-Applied ilr Set O with one dependant from Tier 1 Gen. on 15 June 2016 by post
-Money deducted on 27 June
-Acknowledgement email & Biometric Letter received on 18 July
-Biometric given on 22 July

-I was on completely self employed (Ltd. co. director) from Tier 1 gen. initial grant until now.

-Never did any Tax Amendments.

I'm getting frustrated now as it's going to be 6 months on 15 Dec. I don't know what's going on with home office?

HI Shanu111::
By law you are allowed to work at same status unless your application is decided
