The 2nd option is a surefire way to get banned, despite not having an exit stamp in your passport there will be a record of you leaving the country.fahadz1 wrote:Hi Guys,
I'm on HSMP, i have some queries.
I want to go home country for 3 months or more for short courses etc.
Please can you advice me what docs needs to submit to continue residency period.
do any budy got ILR while away for more than 3 months in one go etc.... if yes then what docs you provided to fulfill the ILR requirement.
I have to plan & prepare the docs before traveling out of country for more than 3 months.
Secondly there is another way to fix this that on arrival you dont stamp your passport and you can have stamped later on for later date. Is this way secure ?
I will be thank ful for advices and responce from members and seniors
Regards
the reply was quite bitter. there is no stamp from UK when uexit you get entry stamp on your destination arrival. You will not stamped at the time of arrival and later after 3 months you can get stamped showing you arrived just a month ago . you got my pointmeats wrote:The 2nd option is a surefire way to get banned, despite not having an exit stamp in your passport there will be a record of you leaving the country.fahadz1 wrote:Hi Guys,

Why not train in this country? Away for more than 90 days and you can kiss goodbye to your ILR.
Of course there is a record of when you leave the country, your passport gets scanned at check-in by the airline. You don't get a stamp in your passport but there's a record of when you leave the country should the HO decide to check.fahadz1 wrote:the reply was quite bitter. there is no stamp from UK when uexit you get entry stamp on your destination arrival. This is surely the most risky option. Bitter or sweet I agree with other member that if caught it is another way to get banned.
You can get letter from your company stating you are being sent offshore office or whatever for business reason. I have seen many people who spent more that 90 days and still got ILR after producing company letter.
Below link for company letter.

I heard from here so many people got but they went on business trips i am not going on business trip i am just going on personal reasons to study. If im eleigible for ILR then what docs i have to provide. some members wrote they give medical docs their family was ILL etc some say business trips... Is there any way my ltd company can help in this matter. any advices ?Wanderer wrote:Sounds like u r an IT Contractor yes?
If so u r still employed by ur Ltd despite not working and it should continue to pay u will u get another contract.
HO is not bothered if u r actually working or not, so long as u r still employed and being paid. Training abroad s/be ok.
Unless, of course, u've done what 90% of contractors have done, spent all the money!
