ILR - Received court Bailiffs

Post by paboluuk » Wed Feb 22, 2017 10:19 pm

Hi All,

I'm very near for my ILR visa and applying in due course of time. I received court bailiffs in 2013. Could some one explain me whether this letter has any impact on my ILR application.

Thanks

Failed to deal with outstanding fine. Not sure this belongs to civil or criminal.

Unsuccessfully challenging a PCN, FPN or a civil penalty in court will affect your criminal record. The max effect even for citizenship will be 3 years which has passed in your case.
