ILR refused with strange response

Yes but at the moment my applicationnis under consideration on partner route which is incorrect as application clearly says parent route.

Will they acknowledge the mistake or continue with what they said earlier? have u come accross this type of situation? this is my main question for now.

No that is an error as far I see it. You are under the parent route and your case will fall under the rules for the parent route

No that is an error as far I see it. You are under the parent route and your case will fall under the rules for the parent route

So it means they will consider it under correct caregory thats what i am assuming from ur answer. I am a bit worried as in a couple of days 14 day period for new application will come to an end.

You are under the parent route and applied for ILR under the parent route so those rules apply to you. You either qualify for further leave under that route or you do not which in that case your application will be refused. As far as their communication goes, they made an error to even mention the partner route

I will update the post with response from HO.

14 Days have passed and still no response from homeoffice. Now making me worried that they will decide on partner route as mentioned in their email or they may be considering under correct category?

If they do and refuse then I am going to tribunal. But can I claim super priority fee in tribunal because thats not what I paid for to wro gly access the application?

I still havent heared back from the home office even though it has been a few days since 14 day deadline has passed.

Is it something to worry about or they may be considering it under correct caregory? It was supposed to be super priority service.

No response to my emails either.

UPDATE:

ILR granted. As you mentioned that D-LTRPT1.2 is for 10 year route, I checked my decesion where i was granted 5 year parent route, decesion mentions leave granted under D-LTRPT1.2 under 5 year parent route meeting requirement a, b and d of rules.

Finally painful wait is over.
