ILR SET(DV) APPLICATION - Processing Times

Hi everyone hope everyone good please I need help regarding domestic violence and abuse.

I come to UK on spouse visa it almost 4 years 11 months.

Since i come here my wife and har family control me with everything my wife every second week make argument with me  I alwyz try to fix problem but its gone worse and worse no one is here to help me her family alwyz give har side.

Thay alwyz need my money my property and thay want me to buy house here on her name only with my money and am paying all the house rent bill food everything she safe har all money she got more then 50k and .and of the day am empty hand.

She did 3 reports on me to make me under pressure I never been arrested or interviewed because she take report back.

I have reason for that 3 report.

First report she did because in first year when we had arguments my wife and har brother take my paper and take me to airport to deport me she get boarding pass and leave me in queue to waiting area she knows maybe am gone but I ask inside to security that I don't need to go thay let me go out from airport I went to my friend later she's know that am not gone because airline call my wife to ask har where I am because she book my tickets and she give har nomber in ticket then she did false report on me I know because she told my brother that she did report I was scared and then I come back to har them she tok the report back.

Second report.

She transfer my money from my account more then 6k when I ask har look you doing fraud to city council and you doing same to me aswell y doing this she became engry and start throwing things on me then she call to har brothers thay came to home thay didn't evan listen to me thay start beating me then thay kicked me out from house thay didn't even let me pic my staff when I gone from there before I go to police thay call to police and make false allegations on me next day she thread to my father that she did report on me my father is Hart peshant and my father his leaving alone in my country she always give him stress I talk to my friend he talk to my in laws to solve problem my friend take me to my in laws hose when we went there har older brother slaped me on my face my friend stop him as we are here to solve problems then thay all start demanding me to put my property on har name then we take report back evan extend my visa.
its really long story...

Third report

She came home asking me our marriage certificate I told har I tok it because I need it she's became engry and she throu glass on floor and saying who the hell you are taking marriage certificate without my permission i told har look its not only your its for both of as she said meny thing s bad to me and I told har look its tomouch as she made me mad my life is always in hell because she always do things to create fights then she said to me look what will happened with you after that  I went to doctor because I didn't sleep all night I feel very bad pain in chest doctor ask me what happened I didn't want to sy enything but my friend tell to doctor my situation then doctor ask me and i tell everything to doctor then doctor referred me to domestic abuse organisation and some other agency evan to police aswell later when i came back hom she start threading me that i did report on you know you will see what going to happen with you evan har brothers came home and pushing me and saying know you will go to jail then we will send you back i talk to my friend he advised me to go police station I went to police station next day and I told them i need to reopen my case thay did open the case then thay said the officer will contact me .

Before Third incident I did report to police when she give me some cuts on my harm and neck with har nail because I tell her parents that she doing magic things with har friend evan i told them i have evidence of all the things she doing And she alwyz make argument at home She always listen har friend har friend just making money from har she put in my wife mind that inside you're husband body there is one goust who want to hurt you and she put in my wife mind that she have meny goust who work for har she is protecting her from me i know its very funny to  hear this kind of things but there more stupid stuff its going to be long messages in short har family didn't help me instead thay give har daughter side and threading me evan thay pressure my father to tell me take report back I did take it report back evan I report to doctor that time aswell.

I evan talk to doctor before 2 year aswell in my gp
Evan in walking centre about violence from her and har brother but that time i was don't want eny problem because I tray always keep my home not be broken but she never understands me she alwyz insult me front of my step daughter

So this time when I reopen my case i was tomouch in stress my doctor also give me crisis team nomber i talk to them thay referred me to mental health doctor the mental health doctor referred me to refugee center i want to refugee center i tell them all my life what happened to me thay give safe accommodation and helping me with my paper evan thay help me to give my statement to police thay went to police station with me to give them my statement after statement later after one month police call me and saying they have arrested har and after interview thay will release har on condition bail

After she got arrested she send voice message to my brother that because of youre brother i was in police station and my family is tomouch engry and my brothers looking for your brother to find him and beat him

The time she last report on me the next day I report on har then she also taking help from domestic abuse agencie and I also taking help from agencies she claims to home office that she got abuse from me she send email to home office I know this because she told to my brother that she did inform to home office but she did all this victim darama to create problems for me so that I don't get eny help here

But I got help from agencies and know I have 3 months ddv and my solicitor have applied my main application

Am worried about har darama that she create that she is victim but to be honest I never did enything wrong with har she is the one who did everything and put on me.

Please everyone sory for long messages am tomouch in stress please can enyone advise me do home will listen to my side of story aswell please help me in my bad situation thanks

Hello i applied for my set dv ilr on Dec 11th 2023, did my biometrics on the 3rd of jan 2024 and i am still waiting.

Hi I'm waiting too. I applied on 7th Dec 2023 and done biometrics on 22nd Dec. I'm still waiting no news.

Biometrics on the 6th January ,still waiting

Biometric was done on 26th October and still waiting.

Hi mansoorjut I give sport later from rafugee and from three therapy service doctor report waking centre report and police report is still under investigation its very stressful moment please let me know when you got decision..

Actually it doesn't mean anything some people got it in 5 months and others after 6 months so it depends on your case. Don't worry as the decision making time is 6 months so hopefully not long left.

Hi everyone any update victim off domestic violence from my partner 13 year relationship end on verbally emotional financially and physically abuse evidence provide police report,Gp letters,medical report,counselling letter therapies,charity whos supporting me and local council letter they provide me a temporary acvomodation,my witness statement application submit on 31/01/23
Biometric was 12/01/24 still waiting…

I did biometric on 20 Nov and still haven’t heard anything yet, it is nearly 4 months

Hi there, it doesn't matter the important thing is they attended your address because of a domestic abuse incident.

Hi dear the police didn't attended my adress i was the one who went to police station and report it and then my case worker went to police station with me to give my statement to police and then police arrested the abuser and leave him under condition bail and under investigation but after 4 month now the police send me message that the case is closed with no further action.
And other thing I have temporary interim non molestation order for 3 mounth i have final hearing after 2 mounth is that not further action report affect my family's case or home office case please help

Hi again, no don't worry at all I have read about this subject a lot and most of the cases they were closed by police and mine as well was closed. As long as you gave a statement to the police for domestic abuse that's fine because police need strong evidence to charge the abuser. The home office will consider other evidence as well and they make their decision on probabilities so really don't worry about it all.

You are welcome, I submitted my application on the 07th December 2023. I gave refuge letter + social services letter + independent witness letter + medical report + police report l.

Justmee29 thanks again you have strong evidence I also submitted in December 18 2023 since didn't hear enything from them

I don't know why they are taking so long this time, usually they used to take 2.5 to make a decision.
