Hello Nazo you can request a police report from your police station or you can request it from your city police website online. On the report they give informations about the incident like what happened what they have done and what was the outcome of the investigation.

As you got your DDVC granted be aware that your spouse visa is not valid anymore and you have to apply for IlR before the expiry of the DDVC otherwise you will be an overstayer in the UK.

- no they don't write the questions and answers on the report.

- charging the husband is not necessary for visa and also you will need strong evidence for police to charge your husband. But if you give evidence and statement to police it's up to them to decide if they take him court or not you.

- I didn't get a decision yet. Yes I did my biometrics. They don't hold your passport or brp they just take scans.
The documents required are any evidence of domestic abuse like letters from social services and Refuges, medical report, court order, police report, independent witness letter, ... + you passport and brp + ddvc letter. When you apply you will get a checklist for the documents you need to provide.

I have one more question when was my DDVC granted my husband physically and abuses me I told this situation to my midwife because I am pregnant and at the hospital I reported to police they arrested my husband and released on 3 month bail and put restrained order but I reconciled with my partner due to family pressure and police case closed and than his behaviour not good with me his daughters snatch my room I was live in sitting room and he abuses me every time I mentally stress again report the situation in police they arrested my husband again home office also knows about my reconciled after DDVC and home office said you have two option go on ILR DV and spouse so reconcillation may create any issue for DV ILR. I have two police reports and social worker report and letter from refugee and police went with me at Gp they gave me medicine and said I can't give you more prescription because you are pregnant it's harms you baby at first incident some pictures and blood tissue I gave to police at first incident because my husband puntch me blood came to my mouth now police asked to me you want to reopen your case or not first incident what will I do if I will not open the case so it's affect my set dv please answer me.

From my experience 2 incidents reports are enough if you don't want to reopen the case with police.

As long as you apply for ILR before the ddvc expires I don't think you will have any problems but mention that the reconciliation was only because of family pressure in your statement ( you need to make a statement talking about all of what happened in the abuse including dates and places). You are eligible to legail aid. Ask the refuge you are staying at to find you a solicitor you won't have to pay for it. He will help you with the application and everything.

Yes you don't need a pregnancy certificate for your Ilr.
Sorry I don't have information about baby status if father refuses him. Maybe your solicitor would be able to help and give you more information about this subject sister.

Hello it's an order from the court to protect you from the abuser, it's not mandatory if you don't have it that's fine.

Guys my application has past 6 months processing time. My solicitor was contacted twice in the past 2 months asking for additional documents.
Now my solicitor says we can’t do anything we just have to wait. Was anyone in a similar situation?
I’m so anxious & annoyed with the whole situation.
Please advise what can be done.
