ILR

Post by Easy Tiger » Fri May 31, 2013 1:31 pm

Hi , my wife arrived on a UK spouse visa in December 2011 and is due to submit her Indefinite Leave To Remain application in Febuary 2014.

Can anyone please Clarify what English requirements my wife needs to meet and what documents we need to submit as we both live and my 7months son who was born in the UK live with my parents. As of right now we have no documents in joints name but we do have the following

My Self
• Current Account Statements
• Monthly Saving Statements
• ISA Yearly Statements
• 6 Month Wage Slips
• P60 2010/2011/2012/
• NHS Card
• GP Letter Confirming Registration

My Wife
• Hounslow Council letter confirming
postal vote application
• NHS Card
• GP letter confirming registration
• Hospital Letters covering 2012

What other documents do I need or how can I meet the ILR documents requirements.

Thanks

Please check this for Cohabitation documents:

Regarding English requirements, your wife application will fall under the new rules which will be in place on or after 28/10/2013, please read this:

I hope this helps,

Kind regards
