I'm due to apply for ILR in September 2018 but my route was through (two) 3years discretionary leave to remain (DLR) but my worry is that i got DLR after failed asylum so do i fit criteria to apply using same day service. Also i would want to apply for myself only leaving out my daughter (8years old) because both our DLR expires Feb 2019 and i would apply for her b4 her's expires in Feb. Our first DLR was issued in June 2012 so my 6years was up in June 2018. So can i apply without my daughter and also can i use set (O) forms? What sort of evidence do they want.
