I made same mistake. I was asked for additional documents back in December 2013 and this date somehow got stuck in my mind and i wrote it as my visa issuing date though my visa was issued 2 weeks after that date. But i mentioned it in cover letter as i could not correct it once form is submitted.
Thanks Meesha

Thanks a lot
Can I print form and make correction on it and write letter as well,?
Case worker Will accept my corrections

Does anyone go through with same experience?
Yes, you can.

I definitely can't see HO refusing the application because you made such an insignificant error in a date that has no material impact. It is not as you tried to hide your previous refusal.

Sending a letter (you can include a copy of the corrected form) is just an additional insurance. HO is supposed to take into account all documents received before they make the decision, so it just gives you a point to argue in the unlikely case of this being made a reason for refusal.

You are required to mention all pay rates for the period you are claiming job creation for. Mention the rest in the cover letter.

Just mention pay according to standard pay rate or put exact amount for example in 2017 standard pay rate was £7.50 per hours
To one employee paid £7.60 and 2nd £7.80

The pay rate the employee was paid/hour. You are required to mention exact pay rate for each employee.
